Why am I banned from teamspeak?

Why am I banned from teamspeak?

Your discharge was changed to general, now pending article 15. The ban has been lifted for the next 48 hours, in which proper procedure will be taken in accordance to the UCMJ.

What charges are being against me, and what is this article 15 I didn't write or say any type of article to offend anyone.

9.01 Article 15
9.01.01 Summarized Article 15
a. A Summarized Article 15 is used for minor disciplinary infractions
b. Administered by the Company Commander
c. This grade of Article 15 is a formalized warning
d. Punishment is limited to verbal discipline and possible loss of time in grade
9.01.02 Company Grade Article 15
a. A Company Grade Article 15 is used for moderate, or repeated offenses of minor disciplinary infractions
b. Administered by the Company Commander
c. This grade of Article 15 is more serious than a Summarized Article 15 and can result in loss of rank.
d. Punishment is limited to loss of one pay grade
9.01.03 Field Grade Article 15
a. A Field Grade Article 15 is used for major, or repeated offenses of moderate disciplinary infractions
b. Administered by the Battalion Commander
c. This is the highest level of Article 15, and serves as the final step in disciplinary action prior to Court Martial
d. Punishment is limited to loss of up to three pay grades for E4 and below, and loss of up to two pay grades for E5 and above
